Whether you're new to the stage or an experienced performer, the Lofte Community Theatre welcomes everyone to audition for our productions! Please come a few minutes early to auditions with possible rehearsal and performance conflicts and be prepared to read lines. For musicals, bring a prepared song no more than one minute in length and attire for dancing. Piano accompanist is provided. We look forward to seeing you!

The three Magrath sisters have gathered to await news of their grandfather, who is living out his last hours in the hospital. Lenny, the oldest sister, is unmarried at thirty; Meg, the middle sister, is back home after a failed singing career; while Babe, the youngest, is out on bail after having shot her husband. Their troubles are grave, and yet, somehow, hilarious. See how the sisters escape the past to seize the future. Winner of the Pulitzer Prize!

This comedy centers on a middle aged couple whose children have finally left the nest. They are alone together, but not for long. All three sons come charging back home after experiencing some hard knocks in the real world, and Mom and Dad have quite a time pushing them out again.

In this delightful comedy, four unique Southern women, all needing to escape the sameness of their day-to-day routines, are drawn together by Fate—and an impromptu happy hour—and decide it’s high time to reclaim the enthusiasm for life they’ve lost through the years. Together, they discover a renewed determination to live in the moment—and most importantly, it’s never too late to make new old friends.

It’s Christmas Eve and a busload of troubled passengers seeks refuge at Leon’s Diner while waiting out a snowstorm. With a little Angelic help the travelers have a chance to reach their destinations with a renewed Christmas spirit. Last produced on the Lofte stage in 2012, join us at Leon’s once again for an evening of laughter and song.
