Our store is open periodically throughout the year so keep in touch for store announcements!
After the store goes offline, items purchased will be processed and shipped within two weeks. This is because items purchase are made in bulk. Your order will be shipped directly to you for a flat rate of $7.95.

Due to customization and limited availability at the Lofte, not all returns and/or exchanges will be honored. If an item doesn't fit as expected, the Lofte will accommodate as best we can IF that product is available at the Lofte.
